The vase was turned on a lathe from the trunk of a dogwood tree. The wood is spalted and stands 10" high. The opening is 3" in diameter and the neck is 2.5" wide. The vase is 7" deep and is sealed with clear epoxy making it waterproof. The exterior is buffed to a glossy finish and would fit in any decor.
