Dark Cherry Sculpture

$175.00

Found on our daughter's property, the tree had blown over exposing its root ball. Using a chain saw, I separated the rotted trunk of the tree from its roots. Two solid pieces of the trunk were salvaged and I carved them into separate bowl with live edge. The remaining root ball went through extensive cleaning and was covered with eight to ten coats of satin lacquer. This is a spectacular piece of wood.
